OUR RETURNS POLICY
If your NINI item is not as it was in your dreams, we understand. You must request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving our order.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Please note any garments that appear to have been worn will be refused.
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to NINI for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange to send the new item out to you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, we do not expect express shipping on returns.NOTE: Sale items are non-returnable they are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 14 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our factory. We’ll send you an email once our team has shipped your exchange so you know it’s on the way.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT
We hope this never happens, however, on the off chance you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us straight away at email@example.com so we can help to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO ORDERS
Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once received.
NINI will not be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before placing your order.
